HIGH JUMP
Casandra is one of the best 40+ high jumpers in North America. She won silver at the 2025 USATF Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships while her husband and children cheered her on. Ask her about her experience living overseas.

Lydia is a former collegiate heptathlete and a mother of two. She is currently ranked among the top 10 in the U.S. in multiple events. She boxes and plays volleyball in the off-season to stay fit.

Ben is a cyclist who is crossing over into athletics. He has always wanted to learn to throw javelin, and he's now ready to give it a try. Ben is also an artist and a volunteer firefighter.
