Deidra is the founder and head coach of 1106 International Athletics Club. She's a USATF-certified coach and a member of Athletics New Zealand. She finished 2025 ranked 11th in the world in W40 high jump. She is a single mom, tiny home owner and entrepreneur.
AHMED BIRI, 41 (MOROCCO)
2025 AAMC CHAMPION
100 M, 110 MH
Ahmed is one of the best 40+ sprinters and hurdlers in Africa. He won gold at the 2025 African Athletics Masters Championships in M40 100 meters and 110 meter hurdles. He finished 2025 ranked 5th in the world in 110 meter hurdles. Ahmed also competes in jumps. He enjoys reading and wood carving in his free time.

Joel is one of the best 40+ high jumpers in North America. He won silver at the 2025 North, Central and Caribbean Masters Athletics Championships. He is a former long jumper and triple jumper. Joel hopes to run a marathon soon.
